Server Store launched in 2013 as a subsidiary of Server Case UK, Europe's premier supplier of custom built servers and solutions. It is now a brand within the Server Case UK Group and supplies hundreds of pre-configured and custom-built servers each month, many of which are configured using our easy to use online configurator.
The Server Store platform and principle is simple – Offer a wide range of servers to be configured online and for accessories to be easily purchased.
Our website has over 150 servers from major brands such as DELL and HPE, through to custom solutions using industry leaders such as In-Win and Asus in our own Server Store systems and Supermicro, the worlds largest leader in white box servers.
We manufacture all servers in our purpose built in-house facilities to strict standards. We are ISO 9001-2015 certified, Microsoft accredited and Intel Platinum Technology Partners amongst many other accreditations. We've been building servers for over 14 years.
Richard is the founder of Server Case Group back in 2006. He has years of experience working previously in an IT background. He has experience with complex server hardware and software integrations and is also working towards Microsoft, VMware and Citrix Virtualisation certification for the group.
Richard takes care of all business functions and oversees full quality control processes on all aspects of the business, including system assembly and support.
Mark is our group sales manager and oversees the daily running of both the sales and orders teams.
Mark has been with Server Case UK for 3 years and works closely with Richard to develop the business, its strategies and its processes.
Mark is likely to be your point of contact for vendor relationships, major account management and OEM projects.
Lee is part of our sales team and specialises in sales of custom server solutions. Lee joins us from Enta Technologies, working within their specialist product management teams and has gained years of technical experience within the industry.
Lee is likely to be your point of contact for sales of custom server systems.
Will has joined our internal sales team offering server solutions and chassis/components.
He has extensive technical knowledge with high-end systems having previously worked for Overclockers and Exertis.
Will brings his own brand of humour and life to the office environment.
Chris Wilson has joined our internal sales team in July 2019.
Chris has previously worked in Enterprise sales solution roles and specialises in enterprise hardware, software and security with a lot of experience with datacentre security products such as load balancing and firewalls.
Andy is our head of technical and responsible for our in-house server manufacturing team.
Andy will be your point of contact for any technical questions or support.
Dan is our customer services and orders manager.
He is responsible for all admin tasks, including managing your orders, invoices and co-ordinates warehouse logistics.
If you have any questions relating to your order then you will either be in contact with Dan or a member of his team.
William is second in command with customer services and order management.
He works alongside the customer services and orders manager, Dan, to keep the whole order process in check.
Conor is the latest member of our team. He is a solutions technician supporting our head of technical, Andrew.
